8-22-1923 Meeting Minutes describing the land to be purchased

In 1923 the association agreed to purchase several plots of land surrounding what had been developed at Salters to date. The plots included:
#1 32 acres of land (woodlands, lowlands, forest and pond) except the small cottage on Mishaum road that starts approximately 200 ft west of Ocean Ave. $8,000 ($8,500 if mortgaged)
#2 Garages, double barns and mild houses and "old bowling alley" and small cottages on Mishaum Road and land $14,500
#3 Land and house (laundry) and garage - $2,000
#4 2/3 of lot 31 adjacent to hotel and Greely lot (now 98 Naushon Ave) $2,666.67 (this is how lot 31A became part of 98 Naushon lot)
#5 All stock and holdings of Alvin F. Waite and James Smith in the Water Company that supplies water to Salters Point - $13,444.50
#6 Land 35ft in front of "our house" (unclear who our is) to the shore except for the building of F.C. Tripp $22,000
The purchase was approved at the 8/31/1923 meeting and each member was assessed $50.
